Our Production Capacity

Our factory has developed an integrated motor and electrical control assembly line based on our K01 product. The assembly line includes processes such as assembly, testing, and packaging. It is equipped with various testing equipment such as high-voltage withstand testers, chamber air tightness testers, water channel air tightness testers, and an end-of-line (EOL) system. Currently, our factory can produce up to 60 units per day.

In addition, our factory have a motor production line that includes a rotor assembly line and a stator and rotor platform assembly line. The rotor assembly line consists of processes such as front and rear bearing assembly, encoder rotor assembly, and front cover assembly. The stator and rotor platform assembly line includes processes such as encoder stator installation, rear cover assembly, stator-rotor assembly, encoder wiring, encoder zero calibration testing, overall performance testing, insulation resistance testing, high-voltage withstand testing, air tightness testing, coupling installation, coding, and packaging. Our factory can produce up to 50 units per day on this line.
